Latest News: The Alfa Romeo Giulia has been named a ‘Game Changer’ at the 2017 Autocar Awards as it has signalled ‘a complete transformation for one of the most loved names in motoring’. Mark Tisshaw, Editor of Autocar, commented: “This is not only the most competitive Alfa Romeo saloon since the last Giulia was launched more than half a century ago but, crucially for anyone with Alfisti blood lurking in their veins, it’s the most likeable, too. With its incredible performance and exciting handling, the Giulia is everything you’d want an Alfa Romeo to be.”  Developed by the best engineers, designers and stylists within FCA, the new Giulia embodies the core elements that have made Alfa Romeo one of the world's best-loved automotive brands: Distinctive Italian design; innovative powertrains, perfect weight distribution, unique technical solutions and the best weight-to-power ratio.  Collecting the award at the event in the Silverstone Wing, Ashley Andrew, Managing Director FCA UK, remarked; “The Giulia has marked a turning point for Alfa Romeo, signalling a new era for the company where the driver is back at the heart of everything we do. Its engaging drive, five star NCAP rating, with highest ever recorded adult occupancy score, and impressive residual values has echoed across the brand, bolstering buyer confidence. The success of the Giulia has allowed us to expand the range with the introduction of the 280hp Veloce, bridging the gap between the standard Giulia and the Quadrifoglio. It also lays the ground for the introduction of Alfa Romeo’s first ever SUV- the Stelvio – due for launch later this year.”  Autocar says that its ‘Game Changers’ are cars that ‘bring new, higher standards to their classes, or because they defy conventions to benefit buyers.’ Of the Giulia, Autocar says: “The Giulia is a riveting, idiosyncratic and striking entrant into a class usually defined by an understated brand of superiority.”  The Alfa Romeo Giulia is available to order now priced from £29,550 OTR for a Giulia 2.0-litre petrol. ALFA ROMEO UNVEILS STELVIO FOR FIRST TIME IN EUROPE

Alfa Romeo has launched its first SUV in more than 100 years: the All-New Stelvio. The Alfa Romeo Stelvio comes hot on the heels of the exclusive ‘first edition’ and the range-topping Quadrifoglio, seen for the first time at LA Auto Show. Available in three trim levels - Stelvio, Stelvio Super and Stelvio Tecnica – it will initially be available with a choice of a 280hp 2.0-litre Turbocharged petrol or a 210hp 2.2-litre Diesel engine, both combined with an 8-speed automatic transmission and Q4 all-wheel drive.    Trim levels The Alfa Romeo Stelvio version is lavishly equipped with 17-inch alloy wheels, 8.8-inch Alfa Connect, Alfa D.N.A Rotary selector, 8-speaker audio system, black fabric seats (front with sliding, reclining and height adjustments), Integrated Brake System (IBS), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), and Forward Collision Warning (FCW) with Autonomous Emergency Brake (AEB) and pedestrian detection. This version also includes parking sensors, cruise control, electric tailgate and dusk and rain sensors. The Alfa Romeo Stelvio Super version builds on this with additional interior and exterior features: 18-inch alloy wheels, techno-leather and fabric seats in a choice of three colours (black, black/brown and black/red), and three options for the dashboard and door panels (black, black/brown or black/red) and door sills with steel inserts. An additional Luxury Pack and Sports Pack are also available to customers looking to go the extra mile. Alfa Romeo Stelvio Super’s Luxury Pack includes full grain leather seats (in black, brown, red or beige) with electrical adjustment and heating system, as well as real wood inserts. The Sport Pack comes with heated sports steering wheel, specific grip and leather wrapping, racing-style leather seats in black, red or brown, with electric adjustment and heating system, aluminium inserts and steel pedals. The introduction of Alfa Romeo Stelvio Tecnica offers a strong proposition to fleet, corporate and professional customers. Exclusively available with the Diesel engine, it features the 8.8-inch Alfa Connect 3D Nav, Bi-Xenon headlights with AFS and electric folding mirrors. Outstanding performance Built in Italy at the Termoli (petrol) and Pratola Serra (Diesel) plants, in areas assigned only to Alfa Romeo engines, with state-of-the-art processes and methods that put them at the top of their class in terms of performance and fuel economy, are the engines housed under the bonnet of the Alfa Romeo Stelvio. The 280hp 2.0-litre Turbocharged petrol and the 210hp 2.2-litre Diesel engines are combined with an automatic 8-speed transmission and Q4 all-wheel drive. The new 2.0-litre Turbocharged petrol engine, offering 280hp, is a 4-cylinder unit built entirely of aluminium with carbon drive shaft, combined with the automatic 8-speed transmission and Q4 all-wheel drive. In addition to electro-hydraulic valve actuation, the distinctive features of this engine include "2-in-1" turbo and 200-bar high-pressure direct injection which pair up to deliver a full-throttle response across the rev range in addition to first-class fuel-efficiency. This results in a peak torque of 400Nm at 2,250 rpm and offers best in class acceleration, going from zero to 62mph in just 5.7 seconds and onto a top speed of 143mph. The Alfa Romeo Stelvio will also be available with a 2.2-litre Diesel engine – available with two power outputs: 210hp at launch and 180hp following shortly after. It is the first Diesel engine in Alfa Romeo's history to be constructed entirely in aluminium. This in-line four cylinders engine features the latest-generation injection system with Injection Rate Shaping (IRS) and operating pressures of 2,000-bar. The electrically-operated variable geometry turbocharger offers state-of-the-art mechanics and a turbocharger speed sensor to minimises response times and improves efficiency. The Alfa Romeo Stelvio 210hp 2.2-litre Diesel reaches a top speed of 133mph and accelerates from zero to 62mph in 6.6 seconds. Both Alfa Romeo Stelvio SUV engines are teamed with the ZF automatic 8-speed transmission, specifically calibrated for fast, smooth gear shifts.  The automatic transmission work with the Alfa D.N.A selector to optimise fluidity, comfort and ease of driving in all environments and helps to further improve fuel economy and CO2emissions. Steering-column-mounted, aluminium paddle shifters are also available. Exciting handling Inspired by Italy’s highest mountain pass – an epic 20 kilometre driving route with more than 75 hairpins – the Alfa Romeo Stelvio has been built to offer an engaging driving experience while still maintaining the driver’s comfort. The new SUV boasts handling worthy of a sports car with exclusive AlfalinkTM technology – the most direct steering ratio in the segment and state-of-the-art suspension. Combined with ultra-lightweight, hi-tech materials, such as carbon fibre for the drive shaft and aluminium for the engines, suspension systems, hood, wings, doors and the tailgate, the car can boast sector leading handling and the Alfa Romeo Q4 all-wheel drive system. Driving comfort has been optimised though the perfect weight distribution between the two axles – a distinctive feature of Alfa Romeo’s. Managing the weights and materials, including adjusting the car's layout by placing the heaviest units in the most central positions, have helped achieve this 50/50 weight distribution. Light-weight materials reduce the SUV's total weight and provide excellent torsional rigidity, a quiet ride and exceptional handling even in extreme conditions. A new double wishbone suspension with a semi-virtual steering axis, optimising the filtering effect and guaranteeing rapid, accurate steering, was developed for the front suspension. The rear suspension uses a four-and-a-half link system – patented by Alfa Romeo – to deliver extremely precise control of the wheel's characteristic angles.  The Alfa Romeo Stelvio SUV has the most direct steering ratio in its segment delivering a natural, instinctive feel. Thanks to the Q4 all-wheel drive system, with rear-wheel-drive bias, the Alfa Romeo Stelvio is capable of conquering a mountain hairpin, gravel track or snow-covered roads.  Its architecture includes an active transfer case and front differential designed to give rapid-response management of high torque levels and a compact, lightweight set-up. The Q4 system continuously monitors numerous parameters to optimise torque distribution between the two axles according to what the car is doing and how much grip the road surface offers. In normal grip conditions the Alfa Romeo Stelvio acts like a rear-wheel-drive vehicle with 100% of the torque sent to the rear axle. As the wheels approach their grip limit the system transfers up to 50 per cent of the torque to the front axle. This translates into best-in-class control in terms of traction and directional stability on corners. An optional mechanical self-locking rear differential transfers more torque to the wheel with most grip to optimise the car’s traction in any driving conditions. Alfa Romeo sporty design The history of Alfa Romeo is evident in the striking, yet simple, design of the Alfa Romeo Stelvio. Three key Ingredients of Alfa Romeo design are visible in the new Alfa Romeo Stelvio’s exterior: proportion, simplicity and top-quality surfacing. From the legendary cloverleaf at the front end, its compact proportions develop towards the rear and end on a steeply raked rear hatch. Finished with a spoiler, for maximum aerodynamic performance, and two exhaust tips that bring this sporty rear to life. Inside the Alfa Romeo Stelvio, the same sporty elegant imprint is apparent: simple, stylish and tailored like a bespoke suit. Hours of painstaking craftsmanship means the car is jam-packed full of premium materials including full-grain leather, real wood and fabrics carefully chosen for their look and feel. On-board comfort and wellbeing for driver and passenger Despite a real focus on styling – both inside and out – the practical layout of the car means the driver is central to everything. This is underlined by the diagonal tunnel, the slightly undulating dashboard and the small leather-wrapped steering wheel that adapts effectively to all driving styles. The driving position and high seat gives complete command of the road, without compromising on the driving pleasure expected of a genuine Alfa Romeo sports car. The feeling of total control is reinforced by the large windows and the wraparound seats give an even sportier, cossetted driving experience. The Alfa Romeo Stelvio guarantees the very best in terms of comfort and versatility in this sector. The 525-litre boot features a convenient electric tailgate that can be configured with eight different setup levels for optimal boot access. Alfa Connect Infotainment system. Alfa Romeo Stelvio is equipped with the Alfa Connect system – developed in partnership with Magneti Marelli – with the latest-generation HMI interface, which is controlled from the Rotary Pad and the display incorporated in the dashboard. The latest-generation infotainment system not only controls the DAB digital radio but also provides a Bluetooth system for hands-free communication and playing audio from USB and smartphones devices. The entire range is supplied as standard with an 8.8" display with optional Connect 3D Nav 8.8” which supplies navigation with high-resolution 3D maps and high-speed route calculation. The system is also available without a GPS signal thanks to the Dead Reckoning technology, TomTom map updating from the USB port, driving style information and Alfa D.N.A. mode. A sophisticated audio system featuring eight speakers (four woofers and four tweeters) is standard across the range. 10 speakers (four woofers, four tweeters, a mid-range and a subwoofer in the boot), and a 14 speaker Harman Kardon system (four woofers, four tweeters, five mid-ranges and a subwoofer) are also optionally available. Alfa D.N.A Alfa Romeo Stelvio features the new Alfa D.N.A selector, which allows the driver to modify the car's dynamic behaviour with three modes: Dynamic, Natural and Advanced Efficiency (new energy-saving mode). Dynamic mode accentuates performance and reactive handling. The steering response becomes more precise, braking is more immediate and the electronic control systems do not interfere with the pleasure of sports-style driving. Natural mode is ideal for urban and motorway driving; handling is tailored for comfort and fuel economy. And finally, the new Advanced Efficiency maximises energy saving and minimises emissions levels. Unbeatable safety and innovative engineering The new Alfa Romeo SUV is the world's first car in its segment to offer the new electromechanical system that combines stability control with a traditional servo brake. With its combination of electronics and mechanics, this system not only cuts weights, gives an excellent driving "feel" and eliminates pedal vibration but also guarantees instant brake response, meaning a much shorter braking distance. A whole host of safety systems are standard on the Alfa Romeo Stelvio including Forward Collision Warning (FCW) with Autonomous Emergency Brake (AEB), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Blind Spot Monitoring (BSM), Rear Cross-Path Detection and Active Cruise Control. UK pricing and specification will be confirmed closer to sale start. To find out more about on the Alfa Romeo range, contact us today.

ALFA ROMEO GIULIA NAMED ‘SAFEST NEW CAR’ AT CARBUYER ‘BEST CARS’ AWARDS

The new Alfa Romeo Giulia has been named ‘Safest New Car’ in the Carbuyer ‘Best Cars’ Awards, adding to the large collection of international prizes already won by the new sports car. Presented by Carbuyer editor Stuart Milne at an awards event in London, the ‘Safest New Car’ title came following deliberation from Carbuyer’s team of motoring experts, after safety was found to be one of the website’s readers’ most popular searches. “The Alfa Romeo Giulia is the long-awaited replacement for the 159 saloon, and with good looks, impressive engines and plenty of interior space, it’s certainly been worth the wait,” says Stuart Milne. “It also scored top marks this year in the Euro NCAP crash tests. It achieved a remarkable 98 per cent score for adult occupant protection, beating cars like the Mercedes E-Class and Volkswagen Tiguan. “Testers praised the Giulia’s structural integrity and the ability of the Autonomous Emergency Braking system to work at higher speeds. With that hugely impressive adult occupant protection score, we've named it our Safest New Car.” Created by the Alfa Romeo Style Centre, the exciting Giulia is a new expression of the best Italian tradition that combines harmonic proportions, linearity of style, high quality materials and sophisticated aluminium, wood and leather accents. All these are embellished with iconic elements originating in the brand's over 100-year history, the most significant of which is the trefoil, arguably the most famous emblem of Alfa Romeo design. “Safety is of paramount importance to us at Alfa Romeo, just as it is to our customers, so I am particularly delighted that the experts at Carbuyer have voted the Giulia as their safest car,” says Damien Dally, head of brand, Alfa Romeo UK. “It’s just one more excellent feature of a car that people already love for its looks, style and awesome performance.”

Alfa Romeo Giulia - The First Cars Have Been Delivered :  The first six Alfa Romeo Giulia cars, the brand's most authentic expression and symbol of entirely Italian-made excellence, have been delivered in Italy yesterday. More in detail, a Montecarlo Blue Giulia Super 2.2 Diesel 180 HP was delivered in the Motor Village di Arese (Milan), a Vesuvio Grey Giulia Super 2.2 Diesel 180 HP was delivered in the Tamburini dealership in Arezzo, while four Giulia Super 2.2 Diesel 150 HP cars sporting Vesuvio Grey, Vulcano Black and Alfa White paintwork were delivered in the Bossoni showroom in Porto Mantovano (Mantua), the Marchi Auto showroom in Perugia, the Millenia showroom in Bari and the SCAR showroom in Ragusa. This is a history-making day for the Alfa Romeo dealerships and the six owners who started the engines of their new cars and tested the enthralling driving experience sitting in the nerve centre of their New Giulia for the first time.In addition to rear-wheel drive, a technical feature which pays homage to the most authentic roots of the Alfa Romeo legend, this model fits the first of a new generation of engines which represents the best in engineering technology and ranks at the top of their category in terms of performance and efficiency: the 2.2 Diesel delivering 150 HP or 180 HP with six-speed manual gearbox or eight-speed automatic transmission in addition to the 2.9 V6 Biturbo 510 HP petrol, which is the maximum expression of the "La Meccanica delle Emozioni" concept. One of the goals of the design of the new Giulia was to maximise driving satisfaction by achieving perfect weight distribution and an optimal weight-to-power ratio. The longitudinal engine arrangement is a characterising element for reaching performance of excellence like this. Furthermore, the 2.2-litre is the first Diesel engine in Alfa Romeo history to be made entirely of aluminium. It is characterised by a next-generation MultiJet II injection system with Injection Rate Shaping (IRS) and an electrically actuated variable geometry turbocharger which is a mechanical gem.

“La Macchina del tempo” lights up in red for Alfa's 106th anniversary :  To celebrate the 106th anniversary since the brand was established, the historic 24-metre tall sycamore tree planted in front of the historical Museum lights up in the brand's most representative colour. Visitors can admire its trunk and foliage throughout their visit, observing how both the brand and its designs have developed over time, along with its major victories. Alfa Romeo celebrates its 106th anniversary today. To celebrate, the massive sycamore tree that stands proudly in the square in front of the "La macchina del tempo" Historical Museum in Arese has lit up in red. 24 metres tall, the tree was planted in the early 1970s when the complex was built. When the building was renovated, special attention was given to the sycamore tree: indeed, visitors can admire its base through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the foyer, and its foliage from the upper floor, in Piazzetta Alfa Romeo. The Historical Museum underwent intensive restoration work which was concluded on 24th June 2015 - during the world preview of the new Giulia - when "La Macchina del tempo", a modern museum that illustrates the story of the brand, opened its doors to the public. During its first year of activity, the Museum has seen over 100 thousand visitors originating from all over the globe, who have enjoyed the "Alfa Romeo experience" thanks to the spectacular cars on display, the documentation from the historic Archive, the 4D cinema, the test drive track dedicated to historic cars and the Arese Motor Village showroom, in the perfect bond between past, present and future. The architectural project redesigned its functionality, adapting the facility to new activities and to the flow of visitors. The key element in the design is the red structure which crosses the entire complex: from the projecting roof over the visitor entrance, through the entrance and right up to the start of the display route with the new architectural feature of the escalator. This last architectural addition, which can clearly be seen from the motorway owing to its bright "Alfa red" hue, is the symbol of the Museum's rebirth: a modern feature, set within a 1970s architectural context, which provides the necessary link between past and present. Inside, the museum's layout emphasises the identifying features that belong to Alfa Romeo DNA; depicted through a charming luminous installation that stretches across the building vertically: lights, words and signs of style that come to life in a display with a descending helical motion, symbolising stylistic continuity and technological consistency in time. The display exhibits 69 models, chosen as those which most marked not only the development of the brand, but the very history of the car itself. These include the first A.L.F.A. model (the 24 HP), legendary winners of the Mille Miglia races such as the 6C 1750 Gran Sport driven by Tazio Nuvolari, the heavyweight 8C Touring, the Gran Premio 159 "Alfetta 159" (Formula 1 World Champion with Juan Manuel Fangio) the Giulietta, icon of the 1950s, and the glorious 33 TT 12. The very essence of the brand has been condensed into three principles: "Timeline", which represents industrial continuity; "Beauty", which teams style with design; "Speed", summing up technology and light weight. Each principle matches a floor of the Museum. Visitors can therefore admire as they proceed through the exhibition both the development of the brand and of design as well as the major victories achieved by Alfa Romeo. The journey through the legend ends with a playful and spectacular finale: the "bolle emozionali" (emotional bubbles) dedicated to the experience of the Alfa Romeo world, with 360° virtual reality film footage, and a full-immersion room where visitors sit in interactive armchairs and watch 4D films dedicated to the legendary successes of Alfa Romeo.

Alfa Romeo Giulia earns 5-star Euro NCAP rating :  The Alfa Romeo Giulia has earned the prestigious 5-star rating from Euro NCAP, with a score of 98% for the adult occupant protection of all percentiles: the highest score ever achieved by any car, even with the introduction of a more stringent rating system in 2015. Alfa Romeo's new sports sedan has achieved this outstanding result on the basis of two key elements: firstly, the adoption of a wide range of innovative safety systems, and secondly, the efficiency of a bodyshell that's light and rigid in equal measure, with extensive use of ultra-lightweight materials such as carbon-fibre, aluminium and aluminium composite. An important award that confirms  the special attention that Alfa Romeo pays to the safety of all road users. The Alfa Romeo Giulia embodies uncompromising design and construction, set to become a new paradigm for the brand and a new benchmark for the entire segment, including on the safety front. In keeping with Alfa Romeo tradition, the Giulia features a host of innovative technical solutions designed to deliver first-class dynamic qualities that also translate into top levels of safety. The most sophisticated equipment includes the Integrated Brake System (IBS), which significantly reduces braking distance (100 km/h to 0 in 38 m for the Giulia and 32 m for the Quadrifoglio version), the advanced suspension set-up with exclusive AlfaLink technology, and the most direct steering in class: combined, these features deliver outstanding road-holding and easy, intuitive control of the vehicle in every situation. And lastly, when it comes to driver assistance systems, the new Giulia represents the latest state of the art. For example standard equipment on the entire Giulia range includes Forward Collision Warning (FCW) and Autonomous Emergency Brake (AEB) with pedestrian detection. Using a radar sensor and a camera built into the windscreen, these systems detect the presence of any obstacles or vehicles on the car's trajectory and warn the driver of the risk of imminent collision. If the driver fails to react in time, the system automatically applies the brakes to avoid an impact or reduce its severity. Thanks to the pedestrian recognition function, the AEB is also capable of stopping the car autonomously at speeds of up to 60 km/h, by interpreting the information from the radar and camera. Standard equipment across the Giulia range also includes Lane Departure Warning (LDW), which detects unintentional lane changes, and Blind Spot Monitoring (BSM) with Rear Cross Path Detection as optional, which uses sensors to monitor the area around the car and assist the driver when overtaking, changing lane or exiting car parks by monitoring any cars that may be approaching.

Alfa Romeo Rules at Mille Miglia 2016 :  The 34th re-enactment of the Freccia Rossa, "the most beautiful travelling museum in the world" as it was aptly called by Enzo Ferrari, ended yesterday on the Finish Line of Viale Venezia in Brescia. Undisputed stars of the event were the classic Alfa Romeos: a 1931 Alfa Romeo 6C 1750 GS Zagato was followed by a 1933 Alfa Romeo 6C 1500 Gran Sport, which came third, while another 6C 1750 Gran Sport Zagato, this one from 1930 and belonging to the Alfa Romeo Museum in Arese, came fifth. It was a triumph for the 6C 1750 Gran Sport that won the 1930 edition of the race with Tazio Nuvolari and Giovanni Battista Guidotti as crew. That of 1930 was the race of the legendary "overtaking in the dark" episode when Nuvolari achieved the unprecedented feat of averaging 100 km/h over the entire course and was one of Alfa Romeo's eleven wins in the years from 1927 to 1957 of the Mille Miglia as a proper race: a record that was to remain undefeated. Mille Miglia is a race - of which Alfa Romeo is "Automotive Sponsor" - with a vintage flair that still thrills drivers and enthusiasts worldwide. The legendary course was brilliantly completed by other invaluable cars picked by FCA Heritage, the new organisation that coordinates all the activities of the corporation on the classic car scene, from their collection. The line-up featured the other two official Alfa Romeo cars: the 1954 1900 Sport Spider and the 1956 1900 Super Sprint, both from the revamped Alfa Romeo Museum, dubbed "La macchina del tempo" (www.museoalfaromeo.com). The finish line was also crossed by two exquisite vintage Fiat spiders - a 1934 508S, known as "Balilla Coppa d'Oro", and the 1955 1100 TV Trasformabile - and a precious 1939 Lancia Ardea, first series saloon, with the famous actress Kasia Smutniak onboard. These rare vehicles were accompanied by the latest new FCA models to reassert the eternal link between the icons of the past and the vehicles currently produced by the Group. In particular, the Alfa Romeo 4C was given the prestigious task of opening the parade, while a fleet of New Giulietta was made available to the organisers of the event. Finally, staring on the roads of Mille Miglia 2016 were also the new Alfa Romeo Giulia, the one-of-a-kind Lancia Ypsilon Mya special series and the fascinating Fiat 124 Spider.

The new Alfa Romeo Giulia :  Today, the complete range of the new Giulia, Alfa Romeo's most eagerly awaited model in 2016, will be presented to the international press at the Centro Sperimentale di Balocco (Vercelli). Today's event thus completes the car's début, following its starring role at the Alfa Romeo Historical Museum in Arese with the launch of the Quadrifoglio version - the supreme expression of the "La meccanica delle emozioni" concept - and the subsequent launch of the entire range at the Geneva International Motor Show 2016. The new Giulia can already be ordered from showrooms across Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland and the Netherlands. For specific details and prices, please visit the local press sites. The range includes three trim levels (Giulia, Super and Quadrifoglio) and five new engine versions: 2.2-litre Diesel with 150 HP and 180 HP combined with a 6-speed manual gearbox or 8-speed automatic transmission; 510 HP 2.9-litre V6 Biturbo petrol engine combined with a 6-speed manual gearbox. The new Giulia features rear-wheel drive: this is a design choice that guarantees superior performance levels, loads of fun and a thrilling drive, and it is also a tribute to the most authentic traditions of the legendary Alfa Romeo. Further particularities of the new Giulia include the outstanding weight distribution across the two axles, the suspension system featuring exclusive AlfaLink technology and the most direct steering in its segment. In addition, the new Alfa Romeo combines extraordinary engine performance and ample use of ultralight materials, like carbon fibre, aluminium, aluminium composite and plastic, to obtain the best weight-to-power ratio (less than 3 in the Quadrifoglio version). In keeping with Alfa Romeo traditions, the new Giulia offers unique technical solutions. The more sophisticated features include the Integrated Brake System (IBS) for considerably reducing braking distance - from 100 km/h to 0 in 38.5 m for the Giulia and in 32 m for the Quadrifoglio - and active suspension for exceptional comfort. Exclusive to the Quadrifoglio version, the Torque Vectoring technology affords outstanding torque distribution between the two wheels on the rear axle, and the AlfaTM Active Aero Splitter actively manages downforce at high speed. In terms of style, the new Giulia stands out for it distinctive Italian design, which is expressed through an impeccable sense of proportions, based on the technical architecture, sophisticated simplicity and quality surfaces, both inside and out. On the exterior, the new Giulia is statuesque and recalls a big cat just about to pounce, and the clean and essential interior is designed to envelop the driver, focusing on the latter entirely.
