Used Car Sales Controller

Location: King's Lynn

Are you an experienced Car Sales Executive? Our King’s Lynn branch is recruiting a Sales Controller to run our new ‘Too Good to Trade’ department.
This would suit somebody who is already successful in vehicle sales, and who gains job satisfaction by adding value to increasing both sales and customer satisfaction.

The Key Responsibilities will include:
• Responsibility for stock control
• Maximising sales potential from Part Exchanges
• Manage the pricing structure and advertising of stock on our own website and also 3rd party sites
• Driving sales volume and maximising profitability to achieve department targets
• Managing vehicle preparation costs

The successful candidate should possess the following:
• Drive and determination to achieve all of the above and exceed targets
• Organisational skills and a passion for excellent customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• A confident and determined approach

Salary £20,000 basic plus commission based on profitability


Sales Controller

Location: Bedford

Sales Controller
We have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Controller at our flagship Bedford branch. You will be an experienced individual who has enjoyed a successful career working in the automotive sector and is now seeking a new challenge. Commercial acumen as well as effective and formidable relationship building, communication and first class customer service skills are key competencies we are looking for. In addition, you will be proactive, self-motivated, and professional and have the ability to communicate and present to people at all levels of seniority.

Your role will include:

•Developing and implementing a sales plan for the local area to achieve agreed activity and sales targets
•Developing new business relationships by prospecting, gaining referrals and utilising all in house resources. Generating your own leads and appointments
•Creating and being responsible for client proposals, agreements and contracts ensuring at all times that the company and manufacturer is presented in a professional manner
•Account manage our current customers, ensuring that they continue to receive an exceptional customer experience

Vehicle Technician

Location: Northampton

We are looking to recruit an experienced Technician at our Northampton branch to undertake all maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles.
Ideally with FCA group experience, you will be carrying out work completely and effectively within manufacturers’ and Company servicing and repair times, you will ensure that work is always to the highest standard as you seek to achieve consistently high customer satisfaction and repeat / incremental business.

Duties will include:

Trainee Parts Advisor

Location: Northampton

Motorvogue are looking to recruit a Trainee Parts Advisor at our Northampton branch. We offer:

We are looking for a Trainee Parts Advisor to assist the Parts Team with the operation of the Parts department.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Undertake parts training (both Manufacturer and in-house) to develop the knowledge and skills required of a Parts Advisor.
Receive and identify all parts and goods deliveries, check for accuracy of delivery, quality of stock delivered, and store all stock appropriately in the designated area.
Identify customer’s parts needs and sell relevant part by means of catalogues and computer stock lists.
Endeavour to satisfy and retain existing parts customer’s whilst identifying and developing new opportunities.
