Latest News: Our Service and Sales Departments remain open until 31 March. The opening hours have changed and how we conduct business, but we are still here to help. Like all businesses, we have been closely monitoring the impact that COVID-19 is having on our business, our colleagues and customers. We are very much respectful of the latest Government message that we all need to play our part to protect the most vulnerable and ensure that the NHS has the ability to care for the increased number of patients. Motorvogue have therefore decided to operate with minimal staff until the 31 March to enable our customers to have the essential safety works completed on their vehicles through our service department, including servicing, MOTs and repairs. It is more important than ever that we can support and assist Key workers in achieving their roles, and we sincerely thank our colleagues who are working with us to remain open to do so. Our Sales showrooms are no longer open to the public, however customers who have recently purchased a car will be able to collect these on an arranged appointment, when we will ensure that no other visitors will be with us at the same time. All of our Used cars can be seen on our website as well as our New car offers, and we will be available on the telephone or via our website contact form for further details on our vehicles and availability. Once safe to do so, we will once again offer our Test Drive at Your Home service and the option to have a purchased vehicle delivered to you for £99 within 150 miles, and nationwide for £199. Over the coming week, the Motorvogue Team will work together to care for our customers and look after each others well-being. This is a situation that we have not had to deal with before; we are in uncharted territory and will be learning and changing as the situation evolves. We will close on the 1st April and will communicate our future decisions as we adapt to the situation. As a minimum we are hoping to offer breakdown support to vehicles which are recovered even after this date, with secure parking for their vehicle and the loan of a car to keep our customers mobile until such time as their vehicle can be repaired. Contact telephone numbers will be made available as we move to an Emergency Support service for owners of all of the brands we represent, and as advice begins to be more positive we will once again be taking Aftersales Bookings for maintenance, service and MOTs. Management Accountant

Location: Norwich

Motorvogue require an experienced Management Accountant based at our new showroom in Norwich.

This would suit somebody who is already working on Management Accounts or assisting in the production of same and who wants to progress within a growing multi brand Dealer Group, ideally with CDK and motor industry experience.

Reporting to both our Group Financial Controller and Managing Director, the Key Responsibilities will include:
• Producing Management Accounts to prescribed timescale in accordance with Company accounting and procedural policies
• Liaising with Brand and Departmental Managers to maintain accuracy in their forecasting and then ensuring they have a full understanding their results and Management Accounts to effectively manage their departments
• Managing Vehicle Debtors on a daily basis ensuring all payments made to Company policies
• Produce adhoc reports for the Group Financial Controller and other Senior Managers

The successful candidate should possess the following:
• Organisational skills and ability to multi-task as working in small team
• Excellent communication and excel skills
• Attention to detail with accuracy paramount

Sales Executives

Sales Controller

Location: Bedford

Motorvogue are looking for an experienced Sales Controller, based in Bedford.
This would suit somebody who is already successful in the dealership environment who gains job satisfaction by adding value to increasing both sales and customer satisfaction.

The Key Responsibilities will include:
• Working with Sales Management to successfully achieve the potential of the department
• Manage and maintain stock
• Manage the pricing structure and oversee internet advertising of stock on our own website and also 3rd party sites
• Driving sales volume and maximising profitability to achieve department targets
• Controlling deals through implementation of company sales process
• Training and motivating the team
• Second facing customers

Service Advisor

Location: Bedford

Motorvogue are looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor at our Bedford branch.

As a Service Advisor, your Key Objectives will include:
-Maximising service profitability through the use of professional sales techniques
-Sell additional products, services and repair works in a professional manner
-Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available
-Approach all customers and assist with requests, including requests regarding parts, vehicle sales and repairs
-Maintain effective liaison with sales, parts and workshop teams
-Ensure the tidiness of the reception desk to promote the professional image of the retail facility and that all displays / promotions, prices, materials etc are current and in first class condition

You will ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times:

-Maintain a presence at the service reception desk, ensuring that all customer queries (whether in person or on the telephone) are answered or dealt with immediately
-Answer customer’s questions regarding technical problems in a manner that is easily understood and does not use excessive jargon, or find the appropriate member of staff to do so
-Pro-actively contact customers to update them on progress of work
-Notify customers promptly of completion of work
-Handle dissatisfied customers calmly and all customer complaints to be brought to the attention of the Service Manager

You will maintain excellent standards of departmental administration

-Follow correct procedure when issuing loan cars to customers, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly and copies of customer’s driving licence are obtained (when applicable)
-Document all warranty work as per manufacturer requirements and retail policy and ensure the customer signs for all work undertaken
-Accurately maintain departmental systems
-Ensure compliance to all health and safety / environmental / company policies
-Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as requested by the front-of-house Service Manager


Skills and Experience Required
Previous experience in the Automotive Industry is essential. Knowledge of CDK Management system would be an advantage.
